1. What is the WINA NA ZICB campaign?
The WINA NA ZICB campaign is aimed at rewarding our loyal Retail and MSME customers for banking and saving with ZICB.
2. Who is eligible?
New and Existing ZICB Retail and MSME account holders.
3.How will I be able to participate in the campaign?
By maintaining a minimum of ZMW 5,000 for retail accounts and 20,000 for MSME business accounts over the course of the month in question.
4. What is the campaign duration?
The promotion will run from 1st September 2024 to 31 December 2024.
5. Is the campaign limited to Savings and Fixed deposits only?
No. The campaign is open to savings and transactional accounts for Retail banking as well as MSME business accounts.
6. What are the prizes?
 Retail customers stand a chance to win:
• Monthly prizes: Solar lighting kits and complete sets of gas cooking stoves
• Grand prize: A brand-new SUV motor vehicle.
MSME customers stand a chance to win:
• Monthly prizes: Laptops for business operations.
• Grand prize: A single cab Toyota Hilux and ZMW 250,000 in working capital.
7. When will the prize draws take place?
• Monthly Draws: Held within 5 days after the end of each month from September 2024 to December 2024.
• Grand Prize Draw: Takes place at the end of the campaign in January 2025
8. How will I know if I’ve won?
Winners will be contacted directly by ZICB through phone or email. Additionally, winners will be announced on our official website and social media channels.
9. How can I increase the chances of winning?
The more you save, the higher your chances of winning. Refer to Ts & Cs for more information
10. How many people stand a chance to win the prizes?
Each month, there will be two retail winners and one SME winner from each branch. Additionally, there will be one winner from each segment for the Grand Prize Draw.
11. What if I have multiple accounts with ZICB?
If you have multiple eligible accounts with ZICB, each account that meets the campaign eligibility requirements will earn an entry into the prize draws.
12. When will I get my Prize after winning?
Winners will be notified within 72 hours after the draw and a suitable date will be communicated to collect the prize.
13. Can I win both a monthly prize and the grand prize?
Yes, it is possible to win both a monthly prize and the grand prize if your account meets the eligibility criteria.
