The ZICB team, led by the CEO Mr. Ngenda Nyambe, paid a courtesy call on the National Health Insurance Management Authority (NHIMA) Director General at their headquarters in Lusaka today.
During the meeting, Mr. Nyambe discussed with NHIMA’s leadership, reflecting on the fruitful collaboration between the two organizations over the past few years. He commended the strides made in enhancing financial inclusion and improving access to essential health services for Zambians by the Authority.
The two organisations also explored avenues for deepening their relationship, with a particular focus on leveraging technology to streamline insurance processes and extend coverage to underserved communities. The meeting underscored ZICB’s commitment to supporting national initiatives aimed at ensuring the health and well-being of all citizens.
