Government Bonds are long-term debt securities issued by the Government of Zambia through the Bank of Zambia (BoZ) to finance development projects and manage public debt. These bonds have the following: 2, 3, 5, 7, 10 and 15 years. Investors receive a fixed interest (coupon) every 6 months and the face value at maturity.
