To open a CSD account, an investor must meet the following criteria:
Valid National Registration Card (NRC) or Passport
- Zambian Kwacha-denominated bank account with a local commercial bank (ZICB)
- Active email
- Internet access for address online registration
- Completed CSD application form available via BoZ Investor Portal or dealer banks
